The 2.2 Mt/a CCR unit at Dalian Petrochemical produced qualified products at its first run on June 23.
This unit, being constructed since June 2006, is specially designed for sour oil processing and is one of the most important component parts of the 20.5 Mt/a refining base of Dalian Petrochemical Company.
By using naphtha and catalytic reformate output from distillation and hydrocracking units as its raw materials, this unit will mainly yield high octane gasoline component, benzene, xylene and hydrogen. Currently, hydrogen production of the unit is 110,000 cubic meters per hour.
