On August 23, CNPC President Jiang Jiemin had an interview with Chad's Minister of Petroleum Emmanuel Nadingar, who is visiting China at the invitation to attend the closing ceremony of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games.  They exchanged ideas on reinforcing cooperation between CNPC and Chad's Ministry of Petroleum. Ahmat Acyl, CEO at National Oil Company of Chad and CNPC Assistant   President Wang Dongjin attended the meeting.
