On April 5, 2007, Mr. Liao Yongyuan is appointed CNPC's Vice President and Mr. Wang Guoliang is appointed CNPC's Chief Financial Officer. Liao Yongyuan was CNPC's Assistant President and PetroChina's Senior Vice President, and Wang Guoliang was PetroChina's Chief Financial officer.
