Justice, Fairness and Transparency

CNPC's basic HR management guidelines underscore justice, fairness and transparency. We emphasize collective cohesion, personal achievement and motivation mechanisms.

We offer fair opportunities and conditions for each employee, giving just assessments of staff performance, recognizing and respecting the interests of individual employees, sharing the benefits of corporate development with them, and improving their working and living conditions. 

We encourage workplace competition and solicit constructive proposals from our employees. Competitions are organized periodically in various fields, with winners granted honorary titles and awards. Scientific research, technological innovation and inventions by CNPC personnel are encouraged and safeguarded. By granting bonuses and rewarding model workers, CNPC recognizes achievements by individuals and projects and encourages enthusiasm and creativity among its entire workforce.
