High-output Propylene Cracking Catalysts and Aids
CNPC has brought the LCC-1 high-output propylene catalyst and LCC-A aids into industrial production and has completed the R&D process for a new-type of LCC-2 catalyst.
The LCC-1 catalyst and LCC-A aids have strong heavy metal-proof qualities and can help increase the propylene yield to over 9%. They can also increase the octane value by more than one unit, and stabilize the gasoline alkene content, coke yield and total liquid recovery. LCC-A aids help maintain the propylene yield at more than 6.4% (w%), keeping the gasoline alkene content unchanged, and increasing the octane value by more than one unit.
Clean Fuel Technologies
Through the use of the LBO series of catalysts, olefine content in gasoline can be reduced by 10%-20%, while maintaining the octane and total liquid recovery levels. Diesel and light oil yields can also be increased depending on specific conditions.
Catalytic gasoline auxiliary riser upgrading technology adds an auxiliary reactor to the side of the existing regenerator to upgrade the processing of catalytic gasoline. This can reduce olefine content from 45%-35%v to less than 20%v without lowering the octane level. Application of this technology can produce gasoline that meets European class Ⅲ emission standards.
