Wang Guoliang, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Wang holds a Master's degree and is a senior accountant. He graduated from Heilongjiang Business College and Hebei University. He has over 20 years of working experience in China's oil and gas industry.

Mr. Wang worked as the Vice President of China National Petroleum Corporation Finance Co. Ltd. from 1995 to 1997. From 1998 to 1999, he was the Deputy General Manager and General Accountant of China National Oil & Gas Exploration and Development Corporation. Mr. Wang had been the Chief Financial Officer of the PetroChina Company Limited since November 1999. He is appointed the Chief Financial Officer of CNPC in February 2007.
