Li Runsheng, Assistant President　

Mr. Li is a senior economist who graduated from Jilin Radio & TV University and the Party School of the Central Committee of C.P.C., majoring in Economic Management. Mr. Li has more than thirty years of working experience in China's oil and gas industry.

Mr. Li was appointed Vice Director of the General Office and Director of the Information Center of CNPC in November, 1996 and deputy Chief of the Department of Policies, Laws and Regulations of State Bureau of Petroleum and Chemical Industry in August, 1998. He was named chief of the Department of Policies, Laws and Regulations of State Bureau of Petroleum and Chemical Industry in April, 1999. Mr. Li was made Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of PetroChina Refining & Marketing Company in January, 2001, and Director of the General Office of CNPC in October, 2004. Mr. Li became both Director of the General Office and Assistant President of CNPC in November, 2007.
