Li Xinhua , Vice President　

Mr. Li graduated from the Chemical Department of Kunming Institute of Technology in 1975. He has worked for the Yunnan Natural Gas Chemical Plant as a designer, shop manager, Deputy Director and Director. He was the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the President of Yuntian Chemical Co. Ltd.

In March 2002, Mr. Li was appointed Assistant Governor of Yunnan Province and Vice Governor of Yunnan Province in January 2003. He was nominated as a Vice President of CNPC by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council in May 2007.
