On August 18, PetroChina Tianjin Natural Gas Pipeline Company Limited, a joint venture formed by Kunlun Energy Company Limited and Tianjin Gas Group Company Limited, was inaugurated in Tianjin Binhai New Area.
The joint venture, mainly serving Tianjin market, will be engaged in gas pipeline construction and operation, supply and sale of natural gas, natural gas processing, storage, transmission and related operations.
Kunlun Energy will hold a 51% stake in the joint venture, while Tianjin Gas will hold the remaining 49% stake.
