On November 10, CNPC Chairman Jiang Jiemin met with INEOS Group Holdings plc (INEOS) Chairman Jim Ratcliffe. They had a friendly discussion on cooperation in down stream business in and outside China. PetroChina Vice President Xu Fugui and CNPC Deputy Chief Economist Wang Lihua were present at the meeting.
