On December 1st, the signing ceremony of the ninth Energy Subcommittee cooperation agreement between China and Venezuela was held in Beijing. Witnessed by Director of China National Energy Administration Zhang Guobao, CNPC President Jiang Jiemin and Venezuela's Energy and Petroleum Minister Rafael Ramirez, signed a joint venture agreement on Junin-4 Block. CNPC Vice President Wang Dongjin was present at the ceremony.
