CNPC and BP hold the third cooperation steering committee conference

On May 10th, the third CNPC-BP Cooperation Steering Committee Conference was held in London. CNPC Chairman Wang Yilin and BP Group Chief Executive Bob Dudley co-chaired the meeting. The two sides summarized and discussed progress of the past work and the achieved goals, and made arrangements for the next step. They emphasized that based on the existing cooperation, synergies will be further exerted in the future, and the breadth and depth of cooperation on a global scale will be strengthened and expanded to create a closer community of oil and gas interests. During the meeting, the participants of the two sides also had in-depth discussion on promoting energy transformation and achieving low-carbon development under the OGCI's framework.
