The 11th IPTC hosted by CNPC and Co-hosted by Saudi Aramco Opens in Beijing

On March 26, the 11th International Petroleum Technology Conference (IPTC), hosted by China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) and co-hosted by Saudi Aramco, opened at Beijing International Convention Center in Beijing. CNPC Chairman Wang Yilin and Amin H. Nasser, President and CEO of Saudi Aramco addressed at the opening ceremony of IPTC 2019. Mr. Wang expressed the his warm welcome to the participants and congratulated the opening of the conference .

The conference will last for three days from March 26 – 28, with the theme of "Partnership and Innovation: The Silk Road towards a Sustainable Energy Future", aiming to drive the petroleum industry's transformation by way of co-building the Silk Road for Energy through technical innovation and win-win partnership.

The 11th IPTC sessions include ten dynamic CEO plenary and panel discussion sessions, four engaging Ask the Expert sessions, four Integrated Project Award and case study sessions, 70 multidisciplinary technical sessions, more than 500 technical presentations, and two educational programmes, etc.

More than 4,000 participants from across the globe expected to attend this premiere upstream conference, and hear from C-level executives and technical gurus, gain invaluable insights from a comprehensive technical programme, and experience a showcase of leading-edge technology and innovations at the event's exhibition.
