International Talent Training Program

Cultivation of international talents is a key part of our internationalization strategy. On June 1, 2006, the International Talents Training Project was launched in a aim to cultivate a group of international talents with excellent specializations, work ethics, language skills, and a profound understanding of management and international operation rules. On the same day, CNPC International Talents Training Center was established.

From 2006 to 2010, CNPC will train around 1,300 employees in key posts such as senior management personnel of overseas projects, overseas project managers and project engineers, while CNPC subsidiaries will also train around 8,000 international talents.
