May 1st Labor Medal

The "May 1st Labor Medal" is an award presented by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions. The medal is awarded to excellent individuals who have made outstanding achievements in technology and management innovation and notable contributions to economic and social development. It is one of the highest awards for Chinese workers.
