| In December 2002, he concurrently held the positions of General Manager of CNPC International (Kazakhstan) Ltd and General Manager of AktobeMunaiGas Corp. |
In October 2002, he became General Manager of China National Oil & Gas Exploration and Development Corporation and has been an Assistant President of CNPC since January 2004.
