The Group can manufacture 15 series and more than 300 varieties of oil mechanical products: pumping unit, submersible electric pump, screw pump, perforation equipment, special vehicle for oilfield, complete set of drilling machine, vacuum heater, oil (gas) production wellhead, oil well pump, oil tubing, polymer injection equipment for tertiary oil recovery, tools for downhole operation, machine for hoisting and rubber goods etc.. Pumping Unit Products: The production capacity of pumping unit is 5000 sets per year. The Group is the first big pumping unit manufacturing company in China and Asia, and the third in the world. Products have 11 series and 145 varieties. The company has been approved by API. The production capacity of reducer----the core components of pumping unit is more than 2500 sets per year. It is the only enterprise that can design and manufacture large reducer in PetroChina Company Limited and can design and produce the large reducer, such as Model 1280 independently. The level of reducer is in a leading position in China. Those products have been exported to 14 countries such as America, Canada, England, France, Australia, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Sudan, Algeria, Turkey and Mongolia.  |
Submersible Electric Pump and Screw Pump Products: The production capacity of submersible electric pump is 4000 sets per year, and screw pump is 1000 sets per year. The company has the most complete product series of a similar industry around the world. The adaptable technologies for permanent-magnetic series electric pump sets, anticorrosion, sand control and scaling wells; the technology of high-low-high frequency conversion and the technology on cable-head manufacturing have all achieved the international advanced level. The comprehensive performance index of products and the technical service have been in leading position at home and have achieved the international advanced level in overseas markets such as in Sudan. Perforation Equipment Products: The production capacity of the bullet is 2,000,000, primacord is 800,000m and perforating gun is 50,000 m. The products have formed 4 classes, 8 series and more than 120 kinds. It is the first enterprise that has been approved by API in the same industries in the domestic market. 13 kinds of products have been approved by API recently and is in leading position in the same industries in the domestic market. The technology for perforation equipment is aiming at the international advanced level. We continuously offer new products that have deep penetration, big caliber, high density and high temperature resistance and provide the supporting services of bullet, gun and primacord. Among which, above 1000mm concrete target can be shot through by the Model102 bullet. This marks that the technique of our deep penetration perforation equipment has achieved the international advanced level. The “Kingspear” brand has completed international trademark registrations in Madrid and the scope of registrations includes 7 countries such as Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Korea and Sudan.
Special Vehicle Products: We have 59 models that have been approved by the nation relevant department for special vehicle and “3C”. The company is the first automobile repacking enterprise that has passed the standard attestation of ISO9001:2000 International Quality System in Heilongjiang province. The “YETUO” brand has been approved by the nation. The main products include cementing truck series, logging truck series, well testing truck series, and special vehicle for oilfield such as well-flushing truck, paraffin removal vehicle, bulk-cement delivery tank truck and oil production truck etc., and also include various oil (water) tank truck and the truck for engineering. Among which, the single machine-single pump and double machine-double pump cement truck industrial project which are key efficient vehicle offered by PetroChina Company Limited, is going advanced rapidly. The products are sold to 13 domestic oilfields and enterprises such as Shengli oilfield, Liaohe oilfield, Jilin oilfield, Henan oilfield, Dagang oilfield, Yunnan province, Guizhou province, Guangxi province and CNLC etc.
Drilling Equipment Products: After years of development, the complete set of low-temperature drilling products has possessed the production capacity of rig which can drill below 4000m. 21 kinds of products such as the Zl-25 derrick and drilling tool crossover coupling etc. designed and manufactured by ourselves have passed the standard attestation of ISO9000 International Quality System and 5 kinds of products such as derrick have been approved by API, the advantage of industry has been basically formed and the future development of the products is strong. Pressure Vessel Products: The company has been a manufacturing vacuum heater base of PetroChina Company Limited, by taking this as its tuning point, the company has made great progress on electric control system of vacuum heaters, heat calculation and optimization of the whole structure through development by ourselves and introducing talented people, and realizing that the products designed and manufactured independently are to a high standard. After the base puts into production, the annual production capacity of vacuum heater can be up to 500 sets. The technology for thick-walled vessel has been mould narrow-gap welding, overlaying welding with pole and assembly of 100mm thick-walled vessel have solved many difficulties successfully, such as cylinders prefabrication of thick-walled high strength steel vessel, high-efficiency mould of ball shell plate, welding, with accuracy of opening, amount of wrong edge to edge，the straightness of casing, tolerance of assembly, lifting transportation, pressure-tested by water and inspection etc.
Production Oil (Gas) Wellhead Equipment: With a production capacity of 5600 sets per year, this company can develop and manufacture more than 10 kinds of products that adapt to rod-pumped well, submersible electric pump well, flowing well, water injection well, snubbing service and annular logging. All products have been approved by HSE system and API. In order to ensure the quality of all products, they must pass the sealing test for production oil (gas) wells below 105Mpa and the test equipment is in leading position at home. Products are not only sold to the large oilfield in domestic enterprises, but also exported to the international markets such as Kazakhstan and Pakistan etc.
