Management Talents
The Company has more than 50, 000 management talented persons in total. There are 33, 550 managers with academic certificates at or above the junior college level, accounting for 66.6%;
4, 613 managers, with high professional title, accounting for 9.2%; 15, 370 managers with intermediate professional title, accounting for 30.5%. In addition, there are 13 management experts of the Group Company.
Technical Talents
The Company has near 30, 000 technical talents. There are 24, 066 technicians with academic certificates at or above the junior college level, accounting for 83.5%; 2, 437 technicians with high professional title, accounting for 8.5%; 9, 387 technicians with intermediate professional title, accounting for 32.6%. There are 2, 202 key technicians, accounting for 7.6 % of the total number of technicians. Among key technicians, there are two academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, 15 experts enjoying special government allowances, three national experts, nine Group Company-level cross-century leaders, 24 Group Company-level senior technical experts, 93 company-level technical experts, 163 company-level academic and technical leaders, 491 factory-level (branch company) academic and technical leaders and 1, 402 factory-level technical backbones.
Operating talents
The Company has more than 130, 000 operating talents in total. There are 71, 002 operators with vocational qualifications at or above senior engineer, accounting for 53.05%, and 34, 846 intermediate engineers. There are 4, 098 key operators, accounting for 3.1% of the whole operators. Among the key operators, there are 24 Group Company-level skill experts, 109 company-level skill experts, 490 senior technicians and 3,475 technicians.
