Education & Training | The staff education and training is an important base of enterprise’s human resource development. The Company has attached great importance to its staff education and training for many years and sets training goals of “creating a large-scale training pattern and establishing a tridimensional training system”. It has gradually established an inside and outside diversified training pattern through changing training concepts, expanding training ways, enriching training contents, excavating training resources, etc.. According to principles of the management at different levels and the classified, layered implementation, it has determined the training tasks of organizations at different levels and training content and requirements of staff at different levels and different departments. The Company will gradually establish an all-dim ensional and multi-level training management system which vertically covers all management levels and horizontally all functional departments of the company.
