　　Adjustment was made to the leadership of Daqing Oilfield: Wang Yongchun was appointed as general manager of Daqing Oilfield Limited Company, president of Daqing Petroleum Administration Bureau, assistant secretary of the Party Committee of Daqing Oilfield and was removed from his party secretary duty. Jiang Wanchun was appointed as secretary of the Party Committee of Daqing Oilfield, deputy general manager of Daqing Oilfield Limited Company, vice president of Daqing Petroleum Administration Bureau and was removed from his duty of secretary of Disciplinary Inspection Committee; Wang Kun holds a concurrent post as secretary of Disciplinary Inspection Committee of Daqing Oilfield and chairman of Worker’s Union; Wang Yupu was removed from general manager of Daqing Oilfield Limited Company, president of Daqing Petroleum Administration Bureau, assistant secretary of Party Committee of Daqing Oilfield, member of the Standing Committee and member of the Party Committee. Wang Yawei was removed from member of the Standing Committee and member of the Party Committee and chairman of Worker’s Union for other appointment.
　　(Reporters: Liu Bo and Cao Baofeng) In the afternoon of August 28, a meeting of Daqing Oilfield Limited Company leaders was hold. Decisions about these adjustments were declared at the meeting.      The following leaders attended the meeting: Jiang Jiemin, general manager and party secretary of Group Company; Liu Guozhong, member of Heilongjiang Provincial Party Standing Committee, secretary-general; Wang Yupu, vice governor of Heilongjiang Province; Li Runsheng, deputy general manager of Group Company, chief of the general office; Zhao Zhengzhang, vice president of PetroChina, general manager of the Exploration and Production Company; Wu Mei, Director of Planning Department of Group Company; Shan Kunji, director of Human Resources  Department of Group Company; Zhang Hualin, deputy director of the Policy Research Office of Group Company and Han Xuejian, Secretary of Daqing Municipal Party Committee.
　　Those who attended the meeting also include: Wang Yongchun, Jiang Wanchun, Wang Guangyun, Wang Yawei, Qi Zhenlin, Sui Jun, Zhong Qigang, Wang Kun, Yan Hong, Zhao Guo, Gao Dianlong, Feng Zhiqiang, Wang Jianxin, Dong Huanzhong and Wang Yuhua.

　　Shan Kunji firstly read out the Daqing Oifield document about the adjustment, appointment and removal of the leadership: through the discussion of the Party Organization Department and the agreement of the CPC Party Committee of Heilongjiang Province, Wang Yongchun was appointed as general manager of Daqing Oilfield Limited Company, president of Daqing Petroleum Administration Bureau, assistant secretary of the Party Committee of Daqing Oilfield and was removed from his party secretary duty. Jiang Wanchun was appointed as secretary of the Party Committee of Daqing Oilfield, deputy general manager of Daqing Oilfield Limited Company, vice president of Daqing Petroleum Administration Bureau and was removed from his duty of secretary of Disciplinary Inspection Committee; Wang Kun holds a concurrent post of secretary, Disciplinary Inspection Committee of Daqing Oilfield, chairman of Worker’s Union; Wang Yupu was removed from general manager of Daqing Oilfield Limited Company, president of Daqing Petroleum Administration Bureau, assistant secretary of Party Committee of Daqing Oilfield, member of the Standing Committee and member of the Party Committee. Wang Yawei was removed from member of the Standing Committee and member of the Party Committee and chairman of Worker’s Union for other appointment.
　　Jiang Jiemin gave an important speech at the meeting, and Wang Yupu expressed his deep affection on Daqing Oilfield and petroleum businesses.
　　Wang Yongchun made a statement of his position that Daqing Oilfield is the largest oil production base in China, which is a banner on the industrial front. At this important historical moment of greeting the 50th anniversary of the Daqing Oilfield discovery, taking this leading position, he felt deeply the responsibility. He made up his mind that after taking the new post, be sure to take the lead on united work together, diligent and pragmatic, upright and honest, to unite and lead the members, cadres and staffs to heritage the Daqing Spirit and Iron Man Spirit, to give full play to the role of Daqing Oilfield, and to make great contribution for the Group Company “Keeping Growth, Focusing on Major Point, Increasing Resources, Adjusting Structure, Strengthening the Basis”.
　　Jiang Wanchun expressed that he would strongly support the decisions made by the Party Organization Department of the Group Company and subject to the work arrangement.
　　Han Xuejian, the secretary of Daqing Municipal Party Committee expressed his congratulations to the newly appointed leadership of Daqing Oilfield, and also expressed to continue to insist on the guidelines of “Seeking Common Development, Sharing the Responsibility, Building Urban and Rural Areas Together, Doing Good Job on Stability”, try to subordinate and serve to the oilfield capacity construction, and wholeheartedly support the oilfield work and to create a new brilliance of Daqing Oilfield.
