1. Loading Arm

  Introduction

We can supply the design, manufacture, installation and related services of fluid loading equipment to meet the requirements of media with different temperature, pressure and chemical properties.

The loading arm is mainly consisted of pipes, piping fittings, swivel adapter heads, balance devices, supporting devices and control system.

    Swivel adapter head and seal ring without leakage

    The swivel adapter heads of key parts are made of alloy steel and stainless steel, with compound raceway to stand harsh axial, radial and moment loads and to realize flexible rotation.

    The corrugated boat moves within the normal range during loading to realize flexibility.

    The sealing ring, with unique structure, is made of anti-wearing, anti-corrosive PTFE, with stainless steel frame inside. The sealing surface is polished. The sealing ring has excellent sealing performance.

    Marine: DN 150-600 (6”, 8”, 9”, 10”, 12”, 14”, 16”, 20”, 24”)

2. Decoking System

  Introduction

The tower type decoking equipment, mainly including electrohydraulic loader, combination drilling and coke cutter, water turbine reducer, hose hoist, four-way plug valve and control system. This is widely used in Refinery Plants.

3. Special Valve

  Introduction

We can supply cold-wall single-acting slide valve, double-acting slide valve, butterfly valve and gate valve, which is used in Petrochemical Plants.

4. High Pressure Fittings and Piping Prefabrication

  Introduction

We can supply all kinds of pipe fittings, such as high pressure movable elbow, tee, flange, valve, gasket and blot, and prefabrication of pipe fittings and steel structural products according to GB, API and other standards.

5. Bellows Expansion Joint Assembly

  Introduction

The bellows expansion joint is mainly used for transporting hot fluid in piping system, it can compensate the displacement caused by changing of operation temperature.

It has met its like compact structure, big compensation, high fatigue endurance, and easy for installation.

The bellows expansion joint consistes of one bellows and two tube. It can absorb the displacement by ductile deformation. The terminal tubes are connection with pipeline. The fix bolt is rigid support which will protect bellows during transportation.

6. Heat Transfer Cement (HTT)

  Introduction

Years of application experience shows that different heat transfer cement is required for the heat accompanying between the heat accompanying pipeline and equipment of different material. The efficiency and durability of a heat accompanying system is mainly depended on heat transfer cement. CPTDC can provide different heat transfer cement according to different heat transfer material and equipment.

HTT includes:

HTT-GT universal heat transfer cement

HTT-CP carbon steel pipeline heat transfer cement


HTT-CE carbon steel equipment heat transfer cement

HTT-SSP stainless steel pipeline heat transfer cement      

HTT-SSE stainless steel equipment heat transfer cement

  Features

    Heat conduction coefficient: 13-16

    Inorganic heat transfer cement, with small attenuation in heat conduction at high temperature

    Non-poisonous, non-corrosive; no special protection is required during construction; with certain anti-corrosion function for pipeline;

    Monocomponent heat transfer cement requires no second formulation on site.

    Applicable to various types of heat accompanying and heat transfer equipment;  HTT-SSE and HTT-SSP can meet the requirements of chloridion of less than 25 PPm of stainless steel material;

    Wide applicable temperature range:-100 -600 ;

    Easy to dismantle during maintenance;

    Low desiccation density, which have no big influence on the stress structure of pipeline;

    Double-layer package is used; the net weight of each barrel is 25 Kg; shelf life is 12 months.
