1. Electronic Memory Pressure Gauges


Introduction

Electronic memory pressure gauge is mainly used to measure and record the downhole pressure and temperature in various oil wells, gas wells and water wells.

2. DST Testing Electronic Pressure Gauges

  Introduction

DST Testing Electronic Pressure Gauge is a type of electronic memory pressure gauge that is applied to DST testing. It can test and record two parameters pressure and temperature simultaneously. Furthermore, the gauge can work during the tubing-convey perforation process when connected to perforator and other tools. In addition, it can also be connected directly to the drilling pipe to test the formation pressure and temperature during the drilling process.

4. Formation Testing Pressure Gauges

  Introduction

It can be used with formation tester or other tools to measure the pressure of formation and to record the variation of formation pressure. The instrument is put into a special carrying cylinder before running downhole with tubing.

5. Pressure Gauge Calibrator

  Introduction

It is mainly used for the calibration of various pressure gauges, pressure instruments and thermometers used in the oilfields.

  Features

    The pressure recorders to be calibrated are mounted in the thermostatic air bath and the pressure is supplied by the standard piston pressure gauge.

    The calibrator has heating and cooling functions and the temperature can be controlled automatically by means of PID technology.

    The heat transmission medium convectionally circulates in the thermostatic air bath with the help of the centrifugal fan to ensure the stability and equilibrium of the temperature field.

6. Automatic Pressure Gauge Calibrator

  Introduction

It can meet the calibration requirements of different kinds of electronic pressure gauges, mechanical pressure gauges and thermometers.

  Features

    Automatically carry out the whole calibration process including pre-loading, loading, load-keeping, load-decreasing, unloading to zero and recycling, etc.

    Automatically correct the load in accordance with local acceleration of gravity, density of air, real time temperature of piston, rigidity variations of the piston and difference of liquid level, etc. that may affect the accuracy of the pressure.

7. Electromagnetic Flowmeter

  Introduction

It is mainly used to measure the flow of injection in formation of the injection well, which can provide evidences for the modification of injection plan and for dynamic monitoring of the oilfield.

  Features

    It runs downhole on a slick line and tests the velocity of center flow and can also conduct seating test.

    High-temperature rechargeable battery can work continuously for 40 hours.

    The testing results will not be influenced by specific property parameter of liquids.

    The Windows-based system is elegant in appearance, simple in operation and convenient in online help. It can fulfill the tasks as calibration, parameter set-up, data playback and processing, saving and printing of testing reports and graphs.

8. Pumping Well Tester

  Introduction

The tester is mainly used for the measurement of liquid level, dynamometer diagrams, valve leakage as well as current dynamometer diagrams and casing pressure as required of pumping wells. This equipment integrates the functions of analogy acquisition, digital acquisition, paper recording and LCD display. Three kinds of load sensors are optional including, pressure plate shutdown type, hydraulic non-shutdown type and column fixation type. Two kinds of sounders that go with the tester are available: the bullet gun and gas gun.

9. Memory Dynamometers

  Introduction

Memory dynamometer adopts advanced 96 series monolithic computer and power saving devices, integrates acquisition and display in one compact body. It is mainly applied to test the displacement vs load and displacement vs current dynamometer diagrams of pumping wells, to display and print these diagrams at the well site. Memory dynamometer has remote-measuring function. Two types of memory dynamometer are available: one of which can only be used when the pumping unit is shut down, while the other can be used without shutting down the pumping unit.

10. Dynamometer Calibrator

  Introduction

Dynamometer calibrator can realize static calibration of load, current and displacement of dynamometer and chart-running speed calibration for echometer and can simulate load-displacement dynamometer diagrams and current-displacement dynamometer diagrams. It can be used as a general pressure tester when it is mounted with a signal interface and can automatically calibrate common load sensors, displacement sensors and voltage output, and the data can be automatically read into, processed and printed out.

  Features

    All graphic interfaces, Windows 2000, programmed with VISUAL BASIC 6.0 language (with better human-machine interface), which makes it easy to maintain and upgrade.


    Digital and analog display panel. The values in the calibration process can be displayed in digital and analogue modes. The position of the ball guide screw can also be displayed in digital and analogue modes. The loading and unloading directions of the load motor are displayed in analog mode.

    User-friendly software interface to realize simple installation and easy operation

    As the data measurement and control are realized via industrial PC and a multi-functional interface board especially designed for the industrial PC, the system is highly integrated and reliable.

    Semi-automatic and automatic operation methods make the operation easy and flexible.

    As the transmission is performed by a specially made step motor of big torque and the pressure is adjusted with a ball guide screw of great travel, the device enjoys high speed, low noise, stable process, high accuracy and low maintenance requirement.

    Power-off protection provided by the UPS

    The calibration results and reports can be processed and printed out automatically.

    The system can automatically calibrate dynamometer, pumping well tester and read in the measured values of dynamometer automatically, fill in the calibration sheet and calculate, process and print reports. The report forms can be stored, read, inquired about and printed out.

    Multi-protection measures (hardware and software) can efficiently prevent the system from being overloaded and over-traveling.

Analog load values are within 20 to 60 kN, and the analog current values are between 20 to 80 A.

11. Echometers

  Introduction

Echometer is a two-channel echometer featuring rational structure, easy operation and lightness. It is mainly used to measure the dynamic liquid-level depth or the static liquid-level depth in the pumping wells and casing pressure at well head. Reservoir pressure, downhole pressure and their changes can be calculated according to the height of the liquid column in the casing and the pressure changes to determine the recovery efficiency of the reservoir. Echometer consists of the primary instrument (sound generator) and the secondary instrument (recorder) and the charger.
