Part 13 Well Washing and Wax Removing Trucks
Steam and water are used as media for well washing and wax removing truck to flush oil wells, tools, drill string, pipeline and other equipment. Either heating or non-heating method can be used. The truck is also used to remove the wax and to defreeze for oil transportation pipeline and downhole tubing. It consists of boiler, triple-plunger pump, generating unit, burner and chassis (or skid) etc. All types of truck-mounted or skid-mounted well washing and wax removing trucks with different models of carriers are available as required by customers.

4. GKA Automatic Heat-washing Paraffin Removal Equipment
The GKA equipment uses oil or gas as fuel to heat well fluids and adopts pumping unit as pump to circulate well fluids to complete heat washing and paraffin removal. Because only the fluids inside the well are used to circulate (and no additional fluids from outside are allowed to enter the well), the pollution problems caused by paraffin removal and water flush can be avoided. With multiple functions of medicine adding, tubing cleaning and line sweeping, the GKA equipment is a perfect substitute of conventional chemical loading vehicle, water lorry, boiler vehicle and paraffin removal machine.
