| Part 13 Drill Bits | CPTDC can provide all kinds of drill bits including roller cone bits, diamond bits, mining bits and engineering bits, which have novel structures and suitable for various formations.
China has the largest R&D and manufacturing base of drill bits in Asia, developed the “simulation analysis system for rock bit performance” and the die exploitation system based on 3D software Pro/E, and established the CAD/CAPP/CAE/CAM integrated design platform.
Most of the Chinese manufacturers of bits are equipped with numerically-controlled and specialized equipment and possess advanced technology such as flexible manufacturing system (FMS) and heat treatment technology with nitrogen base controllable atmosphere. They have established mature quality assurance system which is API or ISO 9001 certified and their products are API monogrammed.
CPTDC has provided the China-made drill bits to Europe, USA, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and CIS.
