Baoji-SMI Petroleum Steel Pipe Co.  Baoji-SMI Petroleum Steel Pipe Co., Ltd (Abbreviated as Baoji-SMI), locates in Baoji City, Shaanxi Province, founded on Dec. 27, 2000. The joint venture was founded by Baoji Petroleum Steel Pipe Co., Ltd., Japan Sumitomo Metal Crop. and Sumitomo Commercial Corp. in which, BSG owns 63%, SMI owns 37%. The BSZ has one 16” ERW production line introduced from Germany and one ERW casing and coupling processing line imported from PMC, USA. The annual capacity of ERW pipe is 200,000 tons, ERW casing is 100,000 tons, coupling is 220,000 Pcs.
