Liaoyang Pipe Mill  Liaoyang Pipe Mill, locates in Liaoyang City, Liaoning Province, founded in 1966, it was originally under China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau. On July 14, 2007, it is recombined to Baoji Petroleum Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. Liaoyang Pipe Mill. The Mill owns 3 Spiral Submerged Arc Welded pipe production lines, one strip slitting line. It can produce SSAW pipes with diameter from O.D.219mm to O.D.1420mm, wall thickness from 6mm to 20mm, steel grade from A25 to X80, the products are mainly used for transmission of oil, gas and other fluids, gases and solid powder, the annual SSAW pipe capacity is 300,000 tons and pipe coating is 2,300,000 square meters.
