Bohai Drilling Engineering Company Limited (BHDC) was established in Feb. 27th, 2008, which is reorganized by Huabei Petroleum Administration Bureau with five drilling engineering branches, one mud logging branch, tubing engineering technology service branch, cementing branch, drilling engineering technology service branch, drilling technology institute, who is founded in 1976 and Dagang Oilfield Group with two drilling engineering branches, drilling technology service branch, directional drilling branch, cementing branch, wireline logging branch, mud logging branch, who is founded in 1964. The headquarters of BHDC has settled in Tianjin Economic Development Area (TEDA), the heart position of Binhai New Area in May 6th, 2008.
